Peter E. Rodway graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 1987 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar the same year. After practicing law for three years in Colorado, he moved to Maine and was admitted to the Maine Bar in 1990. Presently, in addition to maintaining active admission to the Maine and Colorado Bars, Peter is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Districts of Maine and Puerto Rico, as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Peter’s areas of practice include criminal defense, family matters, and general civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury litigation. His criminal practice includes cases ranging in seriousness from OUI to Murder. He has extensive experience in handling Federal criminal cases. Peter’s Family Matters practice includes Divorce and Parental Rights and Responsibilities cases. His Civil Litigation experience includes areas such as Police Excessive Force cases, representing both Plaintiffs and Officers, Construction Litigation, and Personal Injury Litigation.
